Adam Brazil

Adam Brazil is the Director of K-12 EL Training Programs at the Center for Educational Opportunity Programs. He currently oversees federal and private grant programs that aim to improve academic outcomes for English learners via comprehensive professional development for educators. Brazil has over 10 years’ experience administering education outreach and professional development programs and has presented and published scholarly work on education outreach programs promoting academic achievement amongst ELs and students from historically-underrepresented backgrounds to regional and national audiences (e.g., American Evaluation Association, National Association of State Directors of Migrant Education) and in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., The Toolbox: A Teaching and Learning Resource for Instructors).
