Overview

As the research, evaluation and dissemination arm of CEOP, the RED Department works to close the opportunity gap between advantaged and disadvantaged students by providing college-access programs the tools needed for strategic decision-making, information dissemination, and building the capacity of programs.

Our Approach

The RED Department is committed to providing culturally-responsive services by leveraging data and story-telling.

We equip our clients with skills and resources to successfully navigate program data, collaborate with our partners to communicate their programs’ impact, and empower our constituents to make informed program decisions.
