Rayven Smart

Rayven Smart is a Graduate Research Assistant for the Research, Evaluation & Dissemination Department at the Center for Educational Opportunity Programs (CEOP). She currently assists with the data collection process and data input of several of CEOP’s federally funded college programs, including GEAR UP and Talent Search. Rayven assists with creating evaluation reports that interpret data through graphs and other visually appealing imagery.

Additionally, Rayven is a doctoral student in the Educational Psychology Department with KU’s School of Education and Human Science. She is passionate about working with the youth of her community and spends her weekends teaching inner-city middle school and high school youth and STEM careers and opportunities.
